I have order parts many times from Shoup. Been satisfied. Not this time, I custom ordered a gang bolt for a Sunflower disc. Received it and there are no holes for the cotter pin to lock the nut. After the fact they informed me they don’t do it because they don’t know where it needs to be. Seems rather obvious to me where it needs to be, or they could have asked. I now have the privilege of doing it myself after paying them for a supposedly ready to use part.

Bought combine parts two separate times from here, cylinder bars with the holes drilled in the wrong places so they banged against the side of the combine and had to modify them to finish. Just got a new auger tube and it has very visible damage from a forklift running into it. Not impressed.

I've ordered from shoup many times, usually a good experience. Put together a pretty sizeable order list and called it in only to find out I missed the discount deadline by a day. Rather than extend any discount offer they declined. I canceled the order, my own fault but not a great way to treat a repeat customer IMO

The parts I have ordered are good quality. They have just about everything you'll need. The prices are fair. Shipping can be expensive if you have a minimum order but most companies know shipping is a big cash cow for them.

What a terrible place to order parts from! I have made multiple orders through them and have had nothing but trouble! For a company that prides themselves on fast and reliable shipping they certainly are doing a terrible job. The worst part is they don’t even try to make it right with you, guy told me he would try and get to it next week! What kind of customer service is that?? WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!!!
